LVAR - Accredited Buyer Representative

Research shows that a buyer's agent can help their buyer client find a home one week faster than the consumer who does not use a buyers agent. This course prepares you to expand your business by entering the field of buyer representation. Learn about agency and fiduciary duties owed to the real estate buyer, how to deliver effective buyer agency services, how to identify sources of buyer agency-clients and promote client level services to the public, and how to integrate buyer agency into the "traditional" real estate service. Students must attend the entire class and achieve an 80% grade on a written exam to be be given at the end of class.

This course is presented in cooperation with the Pennsylvania REALTORS^® Institute. Students must attend the entire class. Course is offered by PRI, which is solely responsible for course administration.
