Building a constructive and amiable working relationship with the Lehigh Valley's legislators is crucial to the success of our Association.  With that in mind, REALTORS® are meeting with legislators regularly in order to establish successful relationships from the ground-up.

The last few weeks have been very exciting for the Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS®.  The recent wave of support for property tax relief has really started to gain traction, and REALTORS® are at the forefront ensuring that any proposal does not include an increase in the Realty Transfer Tax or Sales Tax on Services.
