Cathy Amant is a native of Jim Thorpe, PA. and a graduate of Marian High School, Tamaqua, PA. She is the wife of Joe Amant who served for 12 years in the Marine Corps and is a Viet Nam Veteran. They have 3 sons, Bill, Mike and Brian and 3 grandsons, Tristan, Dakota & Tyler. Cathy & Joe moved back to the Lehigh Valley in 1985 and Cathy started her real estate career in 1990 with Coldwell Banker Heritage Real Estate. She received her Brokers license in 1993. Cathy has been the Director of the Lehigh Valley Real Estate Institute and is licensed to teach pre-licensing and CE classes. She also has been a manager and Trainer for new agents since 1999. She is presently working as an Associate Broker for RE/MAX Central in Allentown. Cathy has also served on the LVAR Board of Directors since 2006.

A lifetime resident of the Lehigh Valley and a graduate of Nazareth Area High School, I attended Shippensburg University studying Human Resource Management. After returning to the Valley, I chose to walk down the same path as my father. Along with many other things I’ve learned from him, I have inherited the dedication, motivation, and compassion for my clients that is unmatched in this business today. My plan for the future is to make this my life-time career.

 

My reputation to the public as well as in the industry is that of an honest and reputable agent. I care about Quality of Service and the Success of the Business which I conduct. For the past 10 years, I have been associated with Century 21 Pinnacle, which is the largest Century 21 in the Valley. Determined to give back to the real estate community I volunteer my time and serve on several committees. In 2006 I became a member of our Government Affairs Committee, in 2007 was asked to take over as Vice Chair, and in 2008 accepted the seat as Chairperson for 2009 in an effort to help protect our industry and most importantly our clients. In addition to my position on the GAC, I was selected to sit as Vice Chair of our LVAR PAC with the goal to help fund raise and guide our leadership in our decisions as a Political Action Committee.

 

I feel there is nothing we can’t accomplish together. I look forward to having the opportunity to create a long lasting business relationship.

I have lived in Bethlehem for the past 22 years and although I “claim” to be from Point Pleasant, NJ, I have lived here longer than anywhere else. I love Bethlehem and the Lehigh Valley. I have had the pleasure of raising two children here, Leslie and Glenn, who are grown and successful, and I love being in Real Estate here. My focus at this time in my life is to be actively involved in our community through volunteerism to make this an even better place to live!

I am a graduate of Northampton Community College with a degree in Real Estate. I have been licensed since 2001, earned my Brokers license in 2007 and I am currently an Associate Broker at Croslis Realty.

I am on the Board of Directors of the Association where I live and am currently serving the second year of my first term. I am honored to serve on the Executive Committee as Secretary for LVAR, am a member on the Real Estate Weekly Committee, the Government Affairs Committee and have been involved with fund raising for RPAC.

I have been in real estate since 1986. I started my career with Patt, White Co, then affiliated with Coldwell Banker Heritage in Easton. Over the years, I have served on the Special Events Committee 2004–2007, both as a volunteer and co-chair, Real Estate Weekly 2006, Grievance Committee 2005-2007, Finance Committee 2006-2007, RPAC Committee 2008~2010 and am a member of the Diamond Society with Coldwell Banker. I also serve as a PAR Director and serve as a Moderator for large associations in 2009 ~ 2010. I currently serve as co-chair for the Lehigh Valley Coalition for Organ & Tissue donation.

 

I was born and raised in Easton but spent 10 years as a transferee, living both in the U.S. and abroad. I currently live in Bethlehem Township and I am the mother of 2 sons, one with me and one with God.

As CEO, she is responsible for membership and affiliate communications, facilities management, association budgeting, personnel administration, MLS operations, Government Affairs and Professional Standards.

 

Prior to joining LVAR, Rosemary served as the chief executive officer for local REALTOR associations in Illinois and South Carolina. A graduate of Western Illinois University, Rosemary keeps very active in the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS and the American Society of Association Executives.

He was born and raised in New Jersey, spent 4 years in Madison Wisconsin and has lived in the Lehigh Valley since 1999.

Dan currently lives in Center Valley with his wife of 21 years, Trina, and 3 children, Dan 18, Dominick 16 and Angela 11.

 

Bill is a real estate professional with Spectrum GMAC Real Estate and has been a member of LVAR and NAR since becoming licensed in 2003. Amy was born in Hong Kong and migrated to Vancouver, Canada when she was 15 years old. After she married her husband Mike, she moved to the Lehigh Valley area. Amy and Mike have resided in Hanover Township for over 20 years. Amy started her real estate career in 1989 with Century 21 McPeek Realty and worked there for 10 years.
