	Anyone licensed after 12/1/07 must take one MANDATORY TOPICS core course (7 hours) plus their choice of a residential elective (7 hours) or a commercial elective (7 hours). All new licensees (licensed after 12/1/07) received notice of this requirement in the letter confirming their license from the SREC. They should also be receiving a post card from the SREC reminding them of this requirement. It’s also been in the PA REALTOR® publication at least twice.
