LVAR - Ethics and the REALTOR®

This session covers agents and ethics, and concentrates on timely topics, which are often isunderstood, specifically, the ethics of the offers, counter-offers, and multiple offers; and internet advertising and promotion. Advertising of all sorts will be addressed, including what is both ethical and lawful in
Pennsylvania with respect to advertising market share, market position and dollar volume, as well as the SREC position on internet advertising. All of these items affect an agent’s relationship with other agents, so Article 16 of the REALTOR^® Code of Ethics will also be addressed.

This Course is accepted as NAR Mandatory Ethics Course
