• Often, legislation is proposed at the local, state, or federal level will negatively impact the real estate industry. If a poorly crafted piece of legislation is gaining momentum, REALTORS® must take action to ensure elected officials understand our concerns. In these cases, LVAR, PAR, or NAR will issue a Call-to-Action which requires your help! By clicking on the link above, you will be directed to the LVAR Action Center. There, you can send letters or call your legislator to let them know what REALTORS® think about certain legislation. Keep eye out for future Calls-to-Action in your e-mail!
